What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders with Free Shipping are sent by either China Post, EMS , e-packet or similar postal services. Order below $10 are shipped via China Post, e-packet or any other courier if required.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We only ship to United States & The UK. It usually takes 20-35 days for the order to be delivered once shipped. So after we receive your payment and the order is verified and confirmed, it will take around 2~4 weeks for you to get the item. In extreme scenarios where reasons for delay are beyond our control we strive our best to get all orders delivered within 60 Days. If not, we will refund your order in full. All Custom Duties / Import Tariffs are to be paid by the customer.

How Do I Track My Order?

Normally, the package will be sent out 5-7 days after receiving your payment order & details confirmation. A tracking number will be given to you to monitor the status of your package ( if provided by the courier). At times Items shipped under FREE SHIPPING do not have any tracking number if the order is below $30.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

What are the delivery methods & approx. time frame?

Weย processes orders between Monday and Friday.ย Orders will be processedย within 2-5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site areย  in US Dollars ( and do not include import taxes), which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$3.0 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later).

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
